About CNCMillHub

CNCMillHub is a free set of machining calculators and shop charts: speeds and feeds, chip load and cutting speed, tap drill and drill size charts, thread dimensions, bolt circles, true position, surface finish, tapers and sine bars. Each page does one job and works straight away: there is no account and nothing to install.

How it works

• Everything runs in your browser. What you type or choose stays on your device; nothing is uploaded.
• Results are computed, not typed in. The worked examples on each page are produced by the same code the calculator runs, and the code is tested against reference values from textbooks, published formulas and hand calculations.
• Every result shows its working. Each calculator lists the formula and the steps with your numbers, and the result can be printed or saved as a PDF with the inputs and the date.
• Estimates, not certified calculations. Starting values for the shop: check them against your tooling supplier’s data, your machine’s limits and the applicable standard or drawing.
• Third-party material used on the site is listed on the credits page.
